An incredible scene in the Channel today. A French warship ushers 13 illegal migrants in a boat made for 7 into British waters and leave them with a Good Morning Britain TV news crew presumably thinking they were Border Force or more likely simply didn’t care.

That’s where we are now. The illegals don’t care. The French don’t care. The smugglers certainly don’t care. And everybody works on the assumption the UK is so bloody liberal we will continue to take on as many as the Middle East and Africa can throw at us.

We must disabuse everybody of that thought. For the migrants we must tell them that they will go to jail for a short period and then be shipped off to Rwanda where they will stay until we decide if their claim to be asylum seekers has any merit.

For the smugglers we must simply put the SAS into the EU coastline with or without the permission of the local governments as they appear unwilling or unable to do anything about this threat to our nation.

For Macron and the naval authorities we must point out that for human rights reason we may not be able to sink the ribs but we can certainly fire across their bows. Yes it would be a problem.

But would the problem be any worse than the one we are currently facing; literally thousands of illegals coming to our shores and an impotent nation wanting action. Macron and Co could not give a stuff. It’s a problem off their hands.
The anger will grow over the next week as I expect the number of illegals to grow.
