My sense is that race will dominate politics in the West for decades to come and I fear it will divide more than it unites. At the Baftas on Sunday 11 of the 23 awards went to people of colour. Were they really that good or was it that TV types felt it would be good PR if they were handed the prizes. I suspect many white actors had a view as they watched.
