I have no idea why Samia Hussein was allowed back into the United Kingdom. I have no idea why she is living in a West London council house. I have no idea why the NHS fitted  her with a prosthetic arm.

I think you will share my concerns at her being given priority treatment when you know her story.

Hussein, who is now 27, was raised and grew up in London. When 18 she moved to Nairobi to live with her stepfather and take up university studies. She started watching ISIS videos and claimed she was groomed online by ISIS chiefs.  

She left Kenya and headed to Syria via Turkey. There she met and married an ISIS fighter.

They moved to the Syrian town of Raqqa and Hussein was seriously injured by a coalition airstrike (her home was next to an ISIS weapons store) and spent seven months in hospital. She then began repositioning herself as a victim.

First of all she claimed her mind had been taken over by ISIS and said she didn’t see the evil. An Interesting response since global news channels told of the Yazidi women being taken in their thousand as sex slaves not to mention the British executioners beheading five Western hostages on camera.

​She did let her PR drop when she claimed the Manchester Arena bombing which left 22 -mainly children- dead describing them as “victims of war.”

Eighteen months ago she was allowed to fly back to Britain. She was arrested at Heathrow airport under anti-terrorism laws but was released soon after and today she is free to wander the street. No tag. Nothing.

Police say she remains “under investigation”. Hussein is living in a £500,000 council house in West London with her family.

She has also now been fitted with a £3,000 prosthetic arm plus thousands more in consultant time. She received the arm at a time when the NHS was suffering some of the worst backlogs in its history due to Covid.

How is it that a woman who has spent five years with ISIS is allowed to fly back to a warm home, a welcoming family, a subsidised rent and a free NHS treatment. I have now doubt she will be on Universal Credit.

Hussein wanted us to fall under the ISIS yoke and it was only because they were beaten in Syria that didn’t happen.

We are a nation of fools to think Hussein and her sort have changed the way they think. They will simply be lying low, taking all the subsidies we can offer, until they can spring back into life.
